Our goal is to get you moving as well as possible, both at the segmental level and as a whole.

This involves functional movement analysis, assessment of the muscles, bones, tendons/ligaments, and posture.

Most soft tissue is treated with percussive massage, or instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Often an exercise will be prescribed to improve any identified problems.
