What to expect on Your first visit

Upon arrival new patients will be asked to complete our new patient intake forms. Filling out the intake forms takes about 20 minutes to complete, so we ask that you plan to come a little early to complete this before your appointment.

The typical first visit to our office is about 30 minutes long and will include a complete history of the complaint for which you are seeking care.  You will receive a physical examination to determine the cause of your complaint. If additional testing is needed, X-rays or laboratory testing will be ordered to help determine the best options for treatment. Each patient will have a plan for care that meets both the patient's and doctor's goals for care.  Each case is different and treatment options will vary depending on the diagnosis. If we are not the appropriate provider to treat your complaint, we will refer you to a provider that can render appropriate care for your condition.
